Application:
This machine is suitable for filling and capping various sauce products, such as shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, honey, jam, peanut butter, butter, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, olive oil, etc.
Performance features:
1. Workflow: bottle feeding→filling→adding cap→capping/crimping.
2. PLC control, color touch screen display, machine has function of counting automatically.
3. Adopts servo motor to control piston pump/rotor pump measuring, it has the characteristics of high accuracy and fast speed.
4. This machine can be equipped with a heating and stirring device (optional), makes the product more uniform, with better fluidity, and easy to fill.
5. Servo motor/mechanical arm control capping, with adjustable torque to prevent damaging caps.
